2. Fair Use & Scraping Rules

Stitchbyte provides competitor monitoring services designed to scrape publicly available feeds. You represent that you have all necessary rights to request competitor metrics. You agree not to abuse our automated agents or overload our infrastructure with malicious queries.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership of the raw brand files, templates, and content assets you upload or customize. Stitchbyte owns all rights to the underlying Multi-Agent AI architecture, viral scoring algorithms, and proprietary software.
